ElevenLabs: Eleven Multilingual Text to Voice v2 Voice Design API

ElevenLabs Voice Design is a text prompt-based voice creation feature that enables users to generate entirely new virtual voices by describing the text. It does not rely on existing voice libraries or recorded samples. According to the official documentation, this feature allows users to define the gender, age, timbre, speaking speed, and expression style of the voice, thereby generating voices with unique personalized characteristics. The generated voices can be used in ElevenLabs' TTS model for voice synthesis.
